WiAHC Leadership Award
The Wisconsin Association for Home Health Care (WiAHC) Leadership Award recognizes home care professionals who make extraordinary contributions to Wisconsin home care. The award is presented annually to a WiAHC member or partner. Recognizing members or partners with this award allows WiAHC to honor home care professionals, their dedication and contributions to the profession. Candidates for the award are individuals who have demonstrated extraordinary service and contributions to home care in Wisconsin.
WiAHC Nurse of the Year Award
This award will be presented during the Wisconsin Association of Home Health Care Spring Conference in June to one outstanding nurse who demonstrates excellence in home care nursing practice.
Purpose
The annual award is designed to recognize the outstanding skills and contributions of individual Wisconsin home care nurses who are the heart of patient care. Recognizing an individual nurse allows WiAHC to honor nurses and their profession. Candidates for the award are individuals who have demonstrated excellence in the delivery of quality care.
