All levels include:

• 6ft skirted display table with two chairs
• Non-competitive exhibitor viewing times

Exhibit Only - $750 for Associate Members; $1,250 for Non-Members

Set-up: Exhibitors may set up on Wednesday, Nov 1 from 5-6:30pm and on Thursday, Nov 2 from 6:15 - 7am. All exhibits must be set up by 7am on Thursday. Please do not dismantle your exhibit until after the Friday afternoon break.

Hotel Reservations: Reserve your overnight accommodations before October 2, 2023 to receive the WiAHC group rate of $90 for a single and $119 for double, trip or quad occupancy.
