  • Cancellations and requests for refund must be received by Oct 23 and will be subject to a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after Oct 23, 2026.
  • We understand that plans change and occasionally a registrant can no longer attend. Paid registrants may send a substitute on their behalf as long as the individual is from the same agency and notice is sent to the WiAHC office before the event.
