GROUP RATE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 10% Group discount available to agencies sending 5 or more attendees. Contact WiAHC for more information.
  • Cancellations and requests for refund must be received by May 14, 2026 and will be subject to a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after May 14.
  • We understand that plans change and occasionally a registrant can no longer attend. Paid registrants may send a substitute on their behalf as long as the individual is from the same agency and notice is sent to the WiAHC office before the event.
