Exhibit Only - $1000 for Associate Members; $1,500 for Non-Members includes exhibitor level recognition on the website and all on-site materials.

Set-up: Exhibitors may set up on Wednesday, Nov 6 from 5 - 6:30pm and on Thursday, Nov 7 from 6:15 - 7am. All exhibits must be set up by 7am on Thursday. Please do not dismantle your exhibit until after the Friday afternoon break.

Hotel Reservations: Reserve your overnight accommodations before May 5, 2024 to receive the WiAHC group rate of $90. To make reservations, call the Oshkosh Waterfront Hotel at 920-230-1900 and request the WiAHC Spring Conference room block.
