Meal Sponsor - $2,500

Break Sponsor - $1,750

• Exclusive sponsorship of a Thursday break with attendees (must be current Associate member)

Exhibit Only - $1000 for Associate Members; $1,500 for Non-Members includes exhibitor level recognition on the website and all on-site materials.

Set-up: Exhibitors may set up on Wednesday, June 10 from 5 - 6:30pm and on Thursday, June 11 from 6:45 - 7:30am. All exhibits must be set up by 7:30am on Thursday. Please do not dismantle your exhibit until after the Friday morning break.

Hotel Reservations: Reserve your overnight accommodations at the Oshkosh Marriott Waterfront before May 5, 2026 to receive the WiAHC group rate of $98. To make reservations, click HERE or call the hotel at 920-230-3200 and request the WiAHC/WIHPCA 2026 Spring Conference room block.
