Exhibit Only - $1000 for Associate Members; $1,500 for Non-Members includes exhibitor level recognition on the website and all on-site materials. Electrical access may be added for $50. Additional tables may be purchased for $150 each.

Set-up: Exhibitors may set up on Thursday, Nov 12 from 5 - 6:30pm and on Friday, Nov 13 from 6:45 - 7:30am. All exhibits must be set up by 7:30am on Friday.
